  • 0-5 minutes – Introduction
  • 5-15 minutes – Review of evidence-based, person-centered care for people with dementia – key concepts and updates
  • 15-30 minutes – Case 1 – Person-centered, evidence-based cognitive-communication assessment and treatment example, goal writing
  • 30-45 minutes – Case 1 – Maintenance planning and caregiver strategies/training
  • 45-60 minutes – Case 2 – Person-centered, evidence-based cognitive-communication assessment and treatment example, goal writing
  • 60-75 minutes – Case 2 – Maintenance planning and caregiver strategies/training
  • 75-90 minutes – Case 3 – Person-centered, evidence-based cognitive-communication assessment and treatment example, goal writing
  • 90-105 minutes – Case 3 Maintenance planning and caregiver strategies/training
