Speaker Information and Disclosures:
Alyson Ware, M.S., CCC-SLP, CLC is a speech-language pathologist and certified lactation counselor who works in a level III NICU in Austin, Texas. Alyson is a volunteer for the Texas Speech and Hearing Association and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She has appeared on multiple podcasts and has presented at state, national, and international conferences on the topic of pediatric feeding disorders and caregiver empowerment. She has guest lectured at multiple universities and is a pediatric mentor for The Medical SLP Collective. Alyson is a doctoral student at Texas Woman's University and her research interests include understanding barriers to feeding and swallowing services for infants and young children.

Jessica Lasky is a medical Speech-Language Pathologist that specializes in dysphagia and the adult and geriatric populations. Jessica has worked in nearly every setting possible from outpatient neuro rehabilitation, stroke, and trauma 1 hospitals, acute rehab facilities, and SNFs.
